The olive tree, its olives and olive oil have been the dominant element of Corfiot society for centuries.

Learn about the Corfiot olive grove ecology by journeying back in time and experiencing olive agriculture firsthand. From there, our journey to the present will involve numerous forms of cultivation throughout history.

We will walk through a one-of-a-kind organic olive grove owned by our family for centuries, learning about perennial green and Corfiot olives, as well as olive trees that have been around for centuries.

You will have exclusive access to our reproduction olive mill and press, dating back to the early 1800s.

Moving on, see and understand the steps of creating traditional olive oil soap, followed by a unique olive oil tasting and ending with a meze of high-quality Corfiot products complemented by wine from our vineyard.
